Thursday the 14th of March, we will have an in-house visit at Mimetas in Oegstgeest! Mimetas is a company that was founded in Leiden in 2013 and has now over 100 employees all over the world. It’s a leading biotech company specializing in organ-on-a-chip technology. By mimicking the complexity of organs, Mimetas accelerates drug development, reduces costs, and minimizes the need for animal testing.
During our visit at Mimetas, we will start with an introductory talk about Mimetas, which will be followed by short talks of people with different functions. After that, we will get a lab tour!

After signing up, we will get in contact before the visit with the last practical information, but we will leave ~14:00 from Delft station and return at ~18:00 (the visit will be from 15:00 until 17:00 and travel time is ~45 mins.).
