Course evaluations are held once per octal by the commissioner on education of the current board. During a course evaluation we talk through the current octal course by course and give students the chance to give their opinions. These can regard the lecturers, the practical sessions, the homework or any other aspect of a course. The goal of the course evaluations is for students to be able to give their honest opinion of a course, positive or negative. The minutes of the course evaluations are worked out by the commissioner on education and send to the education committee and the concerned teachers. The students are kept anonymous by working out the minutes from the commissioner on educations perspective asking the opinion of the ‘common student’. Teachers and sometimes the programme coordinator can use the feedback to improve. This way we can keep improving all aspects of education, which is something we all profit from, student or teacher.
