AI application for multi-omics analysis

Supervisor: Gennady Roshchupkin, g.roshchupkin@erasmusmc.nl

Artificial intelligence (AI) in multi-omics analysis leverages machine learning and deep learning techniques to integrate and interpret complex datasets from various “omics” fields like genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. By handling large-scale, high-dimensional data, AI enables the discovery of intricate biological patterns and relationships, facilitating advancements in personalized medicine, biomarker identification, and understanding disease mechanisms.

Techniques

  • Neural networks
  • Auto-encoders
